Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead – Compensation & Benefits

Rate: £600/day (Inside IR35)

We’re partnered with a leading consultancy delivering a major Public Sector transformation programme in Leeds. We’re seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead (Compensation & Benefits) to drive end-to-end delivery across Payroll, Pension, and Absence modules on a long-term engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, focusing on Compensation & Benefits.
- Act as a subject matter expert for UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
- Partner with business and technical teams to define and deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
- Ensure alignment with programme objectives, timelines, and public sector standards.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide quality assurance across functional workstreams.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, including extensive work within Cloud Compensation & Benefits modules.
- Proven expertise across UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
- Successful delivery of 2-3 full Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
