Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite). Duration: 6‑month contract. Rate/Salary: Up to £220 a day. IR35: Outside IR35. Working Pattern: Hybrid.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute and optimise influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Build brilliant day‑to‑day relationships with creators: clear briefs, smooth delivery, great content.
  • Partner with agencies to manage timelines, budgets, approvals and creative quality.
  • Champion long‑term partnerships that demonstrate real product performance in an authentic way.
  • Spot trends, identify content gaps, and turn insights into smart creator‑led ideas.
  • Track KPIs, maintain campaign trackers (budget, seeding, output), and deliver punchy wrap reports.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in influencer marketing/social‑led communications (beauty/FMCG a big plus).
  • Hands‑on end‑to‑end campaign management experience.
  • A sharp eye for content, a love of culture, and confidence translating results into learnings.
  • Strong writing skills – briefs that inspire, updates that land.
