About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Head of Digital Integrated Marketing to lead across Brand, Paid media and social media to drive the brand vision and strategy forward. You will work across a wide range of channels and agencies to drive the global experience!
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute paid media plans across channels (OHH, Print, Digital), aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with 360 teams across media strategy, creative asset needs, and delivery.
- Lead agency briefings, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Identify and secure new paid media opportunities (platforms, integrations, partnerships).
- Own the full brand and performance budget alongside ROI/KPI reporting.
- Lead briefing, planning, and implementation across markets and agencies.
- Serve as in-house expert on algorithm optimization and platform best practices.
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and implement improvements across channels and markets.
What you bring:
- Strong experience across in B2C/D2C brands
- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing (paid, owned, earner, digital, social etc)
- Strong leadership skills, including managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and vendor/agency management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of translating data into actionable media insights.
