This is a hands‑on growth role managing multi‑million budgets across high‑growth brands. You won’t sit above the work – you’ll be in it. Building campaigns, shaping creative, analysing performance and making decisions that directly impact revenue.

Responsibilities
  • End‑to‑end growth across 3‑4 client accounts
  • Paid social, search, programmatic + full‑funnel strategy
  • Campaign execution, optimisation and budget allocation
  • Creative direction – hooks, formats, messaging that performs
  • Conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, server‑side, attribution)
  • Testing frameworks, experimentation and reporting
  • Client relationships and performance conversations
Qualifications
  • 4‑7+ years in growth / performance marketing
  • Strong hands‑on across Meta, Google, TikTok (+ others)
  • Experience managing large budgets across multiple accounts
  • Solid analytics skills (GA4, spreadsheets, dashboards)
  • Confident with tracking, attribution and post‑IDFA challenges
  • Comfortable using AI to improve workflows and output
  • Commercial mindset – focused on outcomes, not activity
