I am working with a founder-led phone accessories brand that is profitable and growing fast. We are looking for someone who can drive growth, spearhead strategy and execution, and adopt an AI-first ethos. The successful candidate will build and scale the growth marketing function.

What You’ll Own

  • Paid media that actually grows
  • Klaviyo flows that keep people engaged and subscribed
  • Our custom GPT—leveraging code so that our voice scales
  • Shopify tests that generate revenue, not just clicks

You Are

  • 3-6 years of DTC experience with £1M-£10M ad spend under your belt
  • Office-first in Camberwell: high energy and a strong physical presence are required
  • AI-native: comfortable using ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, and similar tools
  • Technically strong, data-driven, and obsessively attentive to numbers
  • No red tape—real ownership with high-speed impact. Build the machine, watch it roar.
