A large, complex service‑led organisation is looking for an experienced Senior People & Culture Consultant to lead a project focused on reducing staff attrition and improving long‑term workforce stability. You'll design, implement and evaluate retention solutions that directly improve employee welfare and support workforce scale‑up. This is a strategic, delivery‑focused role requiring someone who has operated at a senior level and has demonstrable evidence of running retention and recruitment‑related transformation projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end‑to‑end design of workforce retention strategies across high‑volume service teams.
- Diagnose root causes of attrition using data, interviews, engagement insights and operational inputs.
