Work closely with the founders in a hybrid Chief of Staff / EA capacity, providing operational and strategic support across the business. Partner across teams to drive key initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and optimise internal processes. Assist with product oversight and client‑facing projects, ensuring high standards and timely delivery. Build dashboards, track metrics, and provide insights to enable data‑driven decision‑making. Requirements:
