The Role

  • Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you’ll take full ownership of the UK finance function, acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team.
  • Responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management, ensuring strong control and compliance across all UK entities.
  • Play a key role in scaling processes and systems as the business continues to expand its footprint globally.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide insight, challenge, and financial guidance to support commercial decision-making.
  • Lead on audit, tax, and statutory responsibilities, ensuring high-quality governance and alignment with global standards.

The Requirements

  • Big4 trained (ACA/ACCA qualified) with approximately 7-10+ years’ post-qualification experience.
  • Proven track record operating independently within a complex, international organisation – ideally in software, technology, or services.
  • Strong technical accounting and controls background, paired with commercial acumen and the ability to translate numbers into strategy.
  • Confident stakeholder manager capable of influencing at senior level and building trusted partnerships across regions.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the gravitas to represent the finance function to both internal and external stakeholders.
