About the Role:
- Based Central in Newmarket
- 2 Month Temporary Assignment starting immediately – with potential to be extended
- $40-$48 per hour + 8% holiday pay
Working in a corporate environment based in Newmarket, you will be supporting the Chief Digital Officer with day-to-day management. This is a busy role and experience supporting at a senior level is required.
Day to Day you will be:
- Managing the CDO’s Diary
- Monitoring emails and proactively action items
- Acting as a key liaison between the CDO and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinating meetings, events, and travel logistics
- Formatting Board reports
- Keeping communications flowing smoothly and confidentially
- Anticipating needs and staying two steps ahead to keep everything running like clockwork
About you:
- Proven experience in high-level EA roles, ideally supporting senior executives
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills-you know how to build trust and get things done
- Impeccable organisation and attention to detail
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
