Enterprise Account Executive – Public Sector (Built Environment SaaS)
Hybrid – London (2-3 days per week in office)
We’re working with a rapidly growing SaaS provider in the built environment space, helping asset owners, developers, and operators manage data across the full building lifecycle. Their digital platform enables smarter decision-making, compliance, and long-term asset management – with strong traction across the public sector.
They’re now hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to take ownership of new business across government, education, healthcare, and housing markets.
Your Role
- Win new public sector clients including central & local government bodies, NHS Trusts, universities, and housing associations
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in estates, asset management, digital, and procurement teams
- Work closely with bid, technical, and delivery teams to scope complex requirements
- Navigate public procurement frameworks and long sales cycles with confidence
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally with exposure to public sector frameworks (G-Cloud, CCS, etc.)
- Knowledge of asset data, BIM, estates management, or construction technology is a plus
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
- Experience navigating large stakeholder groups and procurement processes
- London-based or commutable, with ability to be in the office 2-3 times per week
