Enterprise Account Executive – Data Centre Sector (Built Environment SaaS)
Hybrid – London (2-3 days per week in office)
We’re supporting a fast-growing SaaS company in the digital construction and asset data space. Their platform enables developers, operators, and consultants to manage complex asset data and building information across the full lifecycle – from design through to handover and operation.
They’re now hiring an Enterprise AE focused on new business within the data centre sector – targeting developers, general contractors, and operators managing mission-critical assets across the UK and Europe.
Your Role
- Own new business pipeline within the data centre ecosystem: developers, operators, general contractors, and consultants
- Manage full-cycle, high-value SaaS sales from prospecting through to close
- Sell into stakeholders across project delivery, digital, BIM, and operations
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to scope and present solutions
- Build long-term relationships in a sector that values repeat business and trust
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ enterprise SaaS sales experience (ideally construction tech, CDE, BIM, or digital twin software)
- Proven ability to sell into large, complex infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with data centre construction or operations highly desirable
- Strong hunter mentality with consultative and strategic approach
- Based in or near London, with 2-3 days per week in-office
