The company develops and manufactures natural healthcare products sold across retail, pharmacy, and direct-to-consumer channels in over 50 international markets. Ecommerce is a key growth channel, with strong activity across Amazon, Shopify (DTC), and TikTok Shop, supported by a complex supply chain and batch-managed product environment.
The Role
A highly operational, hands-on role responsible for managing E‑commerce execution across:
- Amazon Seller Central (3P - core focus)
- Shopify DTC
- TikTok Shop
You will ensure smooth order flow, strong stock availability, accurate marketplace execution, and a high-quality customer experience. Amazon is the dominant channel and requires strong Seller Central expertise and operational control.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Amazon Seller Central (3P) operations, performance, and account health
- Manage catalogue accuracy, SKU changes, and compliance requirements
- Monitor KPIs (returns, chargebacks, performance metrics) and drive corrective action
- Oversee Shopify and TikTok Shop fulfilment (pick, pack, ship)
- Own stock management, replenishment, and availability across channels
- Manage customer service issues across E‑commerce touchpoints
- Produce regular sales and settlement reporting (Excel/ERP/Amazon)
- Work across ERP systems, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central
- Support international marketplace and operational transitions
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central (essential)
- Ecommerce operations experience across DTC and marketplaces
- Strong understanding of stock management, fulfilment, and forecasting
- Confident using Shopify or similar platforms
- Strong Excel and reporting capability
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
