We are looking for a strategic, hands-on TikTok Shop Lead to drive growth, manage agency relationships, and lead product launches for a brand in the early stages of its TikTok Shop journey.
Responsibilities
- Own the TikTok Shop strategy and drive long-term growth.
- Manage the full agency ecosystem.
- Project-manage product launches, timelines, and stock.
- Lead trading and eCommerce performance, with a strong understanding of social commerce.
- Bring fresh thinking and challenge the status quo to drive change.
Qualifications
- Proven TikTok Shop experience and know what works.
- Strong grasp of social commerce, eCommerce, and trading.
- Confident managing agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset – ability to own the brief and deliver results.
- Available to be in SW London two days a week (one fixed, one flexible).
