We are looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist to join a premier multi-brand retail group. This is a high-impact role focused on owning the end-to-end digital tracking infrastructure across a diverse portfolio of web and mobile app properties. You will ensure that data collection is accurate, scalable, and fully privacy-compliant, directly empowering data-driven decisions for household-name brands.
Core Responsibilities
- Tracking Infrastructure: Own the setup and optimization of Google Tag Manager (GTM) across web and mobile app platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Developers, UX, Product, and Marketing teams to translate business questions into robust technical tagging requirements.
- Mobile App Excellence: Drive mobile analytics using Firebase and GA4, ensuring consistent tracking across the entire customer journey.
- Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits, QA testing, and debugging to ensure high data quality and GDPR compliance.
- Governance: Maintain technical documentation and data layer specifications to standardize practices across multiple business units.
Experience Required
- Hands-on Technical Skills: Proven experience implementing GTM and GA4. Familiarity with Firebase and BigQuery is highly preferred.
- Stakeholder Management: You must be able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and confidently.
