A fast-growing D2C e-commerce brand is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to join their growth team. This is a hands-on role, focused on email and SMS marketing, driving repeat purchases, and supporting key trading moments.
Location: London (3 days per week). Salary: Up to £65,000.
You’ll work closely with the growth, creative, and merchandising teams to execute campaigns, optimise automated flows, and ensure lifecycle marketing drives measurable impact.
Responsibilities- Own the planning, execution, and optimisation of all email and SMS campaigns.
- Build and refine lifecycle journeys and automated flows to increase repeat purchase and engagement.
- Identify key customer segments and deliver targeted campaigns.
- Run testing and reporting to track performance and inform future campaigns.
- Maintain CRM data quality, segmentation, and audience capture.
- 4+ years’ experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within e-commerce or D2C.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Ometria, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to campaign deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse and act on campaign performance.
- Collaborative approach to working with growth, creative, and merchandising teams.
