About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing, social-first agency working with creators across international markets. You’ll sit at the centre of creator success – managing relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is part relationship manager, part operator, and part problem-solver.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and offboarding of creators.
- Act as the main point of contact for creator communication.
- Manage ongoing relationships and conduct weekly check-ins.
- Coordinate across internal teams to keep delivery on track.
- Spot and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Report on creator performance, sentiment, and overall health.
