The role Creative is a growth lever. You’ll own paid creative performance end-to-end – from insight, idea, brief, production, to live. This isn’t brand-only and it’s not just execution. It’s commercial creative strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own creative performance across paid channels (Meta-first).
- Turn data into structured testing sprints (angles, formats, audiences).
- Define what gets produced – and what doesn’t.

- Own creator sourcing and output (UGC that actually converts).

Qualifications
- 5+ years in performance creative / creative strategy (DTC or eComm).
- Proven impact – improved performance through creative decisions.
- Strong Meta understanding and creative analytics (e.g. Motion).
- Knowledge of what stops the scroll (hooks, pacing, formats).
- Strong copy, script, and brief writing skills that get results.
- Comfortable owning production and managing multiple moving parts.
- Uses AI to move faster, not think less.
