Day Rate: £425 a day (IR35 TBC)

Primary Objective: To lead the content strategy across 12 defined member journeys, ensuring content is relevant, structured, and performance-optimised across digital platforms. The role will drive strategic development of a new digital experience platform (DXP) suite and support the evolution of legacy member portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead content strategy across all 12 member journeys
- Define and maintain content frameworks and governance
- Collaborate with comms, marketing, and digital teams to align messaging and delivery
- Own and manage the product roadmap and backlogs
- Oversee CMS development and integration with marketing automation tools
- Support transition from legacy portals to new DXP suite (Website, Portal, DAM, Automation)
- Analyse journey performance and optimise content delivery
- Ensure content supports member engagement, retention, and satisfaction
- Mentor junior product owners and support their development
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in content-led product management within a membership organisation
- Strong background in Web Production/Webmaster roles
- Deep understanding of CMS platforms, DXP, and marketing automation
- Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability
