SALT is supporting a leading global FMCG business with a strong presence in the beauty and personal care sector. This is a hands-on Content Creator Lead role focused on driving social-first content for a major beauty brand in the UK. You will own the end-to-end creation process, from ideation through to final delivery, while collaborating closely with brand and UGC teams to ensure content is culturally relevant and on-trend.
KEY CONTRACT DETAILS
- 6+ month contract, outside IR35
- Hybrid working in London (3 days per week on-site)
- £200 - £220 per day
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the creation of TikTok and Instagram content from concept through to final edit.
- Capture high-quality, real-time content at shoots, events, and activations.
- Re-edit and repurpose existing content to maintain freshness and consistency.
- Contribute to creative ideation and develop visual treatments aligned to campaign strategy.
- Support creator briefs and collaborate with internal teams on content planning and delivery.
- Manage posting, scheduling, and community engagement across social channels.
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years' experience in social-first content creation, videography, or visual storytelling.
- Proven experience within the beauty sector, with strong knowledge of skincare content.
- Strong proficiency with mobile-first editing tools (e.g. CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom).
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing creative, trend-led content for TikTok and Instagram.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, ideally within an in-house brand team.
