The organisation is entering a new phase of growth and brand evolution, and this hire will play a central role in defining how it shows up across digital, campaigns and cultural programming.

Role

  • You will lead the development and execution of a cohesive creative and content vision across multiple platforms. This includes overseeing editorial direction, campaign storytelling, visual identity alignment and audience growth initiatives.

  • Lead campaign development from concept through to execution across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Oversee editorial planning, storytelling frameworks and content production.
  • Ensure visual and narrative consistency across channels.
  • Collaborate with artists, creatives and external partners on culturally relevant projects.
  • Manage and mentor a small in‑house team and freelance network.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in senior creative and/or content leadership roles.
  • Background within arts, culture, publishing, media or a related sector.
  • Proven ability to balance brand storytelling with audience growth and engagement.
  • Strong editorial instincts alongside visual and creative direction capability.
