Campaign Executive 12-Month FTC

Location: London – 1 day per week in the office

Salary: £42,000

We’re working with a well-known loyalty and rewards business looking for a Campaign Executive to join their marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering engaging, data-led campaigns to a large and growing member base across the UK and US.

You’ll help shape and execute CRM and broader campaigns campaigns that drive customer engagement, manage digital content across loyalty platforms, and work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure campaign accuracy, optimisation, and impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the delivery of email and CRM campaigns, from set-up to reporting
  • Managing digital offers and content within CMS and loyalty systems
  • Working with internal teams (CRM, Legal, Finance, Partnerships) to align and approve campaign content
  • Using data and insights to optimise campaign performance and member engagement
  • Supporting wider campaign planning, tracking and post-campaign analysis

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience coordinating CRM or email marketing campaigns
  • Confident working with CMS platforms and digital campaign tools (Contentful experience a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
  • Familiarity with loyalty programmes, customer journeys, or performance marketing
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
