Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and pursue new commercial opportunities through a mix of desk-based prospecting, outbound outreach, networking and in-person visits.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both newly onboarded and existing wholesale partners.
  • Plan and deliver sales activity aligned to agreed revenue targets, using a structured and measurable approach.
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, driving growth through account development, repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the product range in order to present clear, compelling value propositions to prospective and existing partners.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding quickly to issues that may impact sales performance or relationships.
  • Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and meetings, supporting wider commercial objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets, demonstrating progress through defined KPIs.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance updates to senior stakeholders.

Required Experience and Skills

  • 1-2 years' experience in a sales, business development, or account management role; experience within a relevant consumer or lifestyle sector is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, convert opportunities, and manage accounts within a target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a commercial team.
  • Organised and methodical approach to pipeline management, prioritisation, and follow-up.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to think strategically and creatively when developing sales approaches.
  • Comfortable analysing performance data and translating insights into practical actions.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and aligned to a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture, with the potential to take on broader responsibility over time.
  • Full UK driving licence, with the flexibility to travel regularly to client locations; occasional international travel may be required.
  • Working knowledge of ecommerce or order management systems is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and conferences, including overnight stays where necessary.

Compensation & Benefits (Indicative)

  • Competitive base salary plus a performance-related commission structure.
  • Commission to be linked to new business acquisition and ongoing account performance, with scope to define treatment of repeat orders and long-term accounts.
