Contract | Hybrid | Immediate Start We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Product Manager to lead the discovery phase of an exciting AI healthcare implementation.

You'll work with clinical, technical and business stakeholders to define the successful deployment of an AI-powered MRI software solution that enhances image quality and accelerates scan times on existing MRI scanners.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Lead discovery workshops with clinicians, IT and operational teams
  • Capture business, clinical and technical requirements
  • Map current and future MRI workflows
  • Define product vision, roadmap and MVP
  • Produce user stories, process maps and functional specifications
  • Assess technical integration with PACS, RIS and DICOM environments
  • Identify risks, dependencies and implementation recommendations
  • Work closely with vendor and customer stakeholders to ensure project readiness
  • We\'re looking for
  • Experience implementing AI imaging solutions such as Swift MR, Subtle Medical, Aidoc, Gleamer, or similar AI-enabled radiology products is highly desirable.
  • Proven Business Analyst and/or Product Manager experience
  • Strong discovery and requirements gathering skills
  • Experience delivering healthcare technology or digital transformation projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery and product development
  • Experience with Radiology, MRI, PACS, RIS, DICOM or clinical systems
  • Confident engaging with clinicians and technical teams
  • Able to turn complexity into clear, actionable plans
  • Passionate about delivering innovative healthcare solutions
