Contract | Hybrid | Immediate Start We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Product Manager to lead the discovery phase of an exciting AI healthcare implementation.
You'll work with clinical, technical and business stakeholders to define the successful deployment of an AI-powered MRI software solution that enhances image quality and accelerates scan times on existing MRI scanners.
- What you'll be doing
- Lead discovery workshops with clinicians, IT and operational teams
- Capture business, clinical and technical requirements
- Map current and future MRI workflows
- Define product vision, roadmap and MVP
- Produce user stories, process maps and functional specifications
- Assess technical integration with PACS, RIS and DICOM environments
- Identify risks, dependencies and implementation recommendations
- Work closely with vendor and customer stakeholders to ensure project readiness
- We\'re looking for
- Experience implementing AI imaging solutions such as Swift MR, Subtle Medical, Aidoc, Gleamer, or similar AI-enabled radiology products is highly desirable.
- Proven Business Analyst and/or Product Manager experience
- Strong discovery and requirements gathering skills
- Experience delivering healthcare technology or digital transformation projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Knowledge of Agile delivery and product development
- Experience with Radiology, MRI, PACS, RIS, DICOM or clinical systems
- Confident engaging with clinicians and technical teams
- Able to turn complexity into clear, actionable plans
- Passionate about delivering innovative healthcare solutions
