Role Overview: The Business Development Representative will qualify sales contacts in the DACH region and generate pipeline through outbound and inbound prospecting across strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify sales contacts in the DACH region.
- Generate pipeline through outbound and inbound prospecting across strategic accounts.
- Use tools such as Salesforce, Kasper, Outreach, Cognism, Seamless, MOJO and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Reach and exceed monthly targets for generated opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Attend team training, role‑plays and weekly pipeline reviews.
- Participate in enablement sessions and skill‑building workshops.
- Maintain excellence in CRM hygiene (Salesforce) and engagement platform (Outreach) – log activities, qualify leads and keep data clean.
Qualifications:
- 12+ months BDR experience within SaaS.
- Experience within the MarTech industry preferred.
- Knowledge of email cadences and cold calling.
- Fluent in German and English.
Interview Process:
- 1st stage – Hiring Manager.
- 2nd stage – Case Study.
- 3rd stage – CRO.
- 4th stage – CEO.
Rates: Rates depend on experience and client requirements.
