SALT is supporting a global enterprise SaaS organisation as they expand their UK regional marketing analytics capability. This B2B Applied Analyst role sits within a central Growth Marketing & Insights function, focused on measuring and improving B2B marketing performance across channels and programmes. The role exists to deliver clear, actionable insights that inform optimisation, planning, and investment decisions across demand generation and ABM activity. You'll work closely with regional marketing, campaign, and marketing operations teams.
KEY CONTRACT DETAILS
- 12‑month contract (inside IR35).
- Hybrid working in London.
- £500 per day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Analyse B2B marketing performance across paid media, email, ABM, events, and web channels.
- Deliver full‑funnel analysis, including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and MQL/MQA performance.
- Develop and maintain measurement frameworks for campaigns, channels, and audiences.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision‑making.
- Partner with marketing operations and campaign teams on planning, execution, and post‑campaign reviews.
- Support attribution, incrementality analysis, and ongoing data quality improvements across marketing systems.
ABOUT YOU
- 8+ years' experience in B2B marketing analytics or marketing performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, paid media, and ABM measurement.
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI for analysis and dashboarding.
- Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) and marketing analytics platforms (e.g. digital analytics or CDPs).
- Comfortable using SQL and Excel; Python or R exposure is a plus.
