What you’ll do:
- Lead analysis across customer understanding, Loyalty, and marketing performance
- Manage the team's backlog and priorities
- Run complex analysis, and turn findings into clear recommendations
- Coach and develop a team of analysts
- Translate messy business questions into structured analytical approaches
- Make sure analysis drives action, not just outputs
- Work with Tech, Data Science and wider teams on shared frameworks and governance
- Support growth across Digital, Marketplace, Services and Retail Media
What you should have:
- Strong analytical background, complex SQL plus Python
