We’re supporting a high‑growth, private‑equity‑backed business investing heavily in AI‑led operational transformation. With ambitious scale plans over the next 12–18 months, AI is being embedded into the core operating layer – not as experimentation, but as infrastructure. This is a hands‑on systems role for someone who builds API‑driven, production‑ready workflows integrated directly into CRM and business processes. You will own the evolution of HubSpot while architecting AI‑driven workflows across marketing and operations. There is clear scope for this position to become the internal AI lead.

Responsibilities

  • AI & Workflow Architecture
    • Design and deploy API‑led AI workflows embedded into CRM and operational processes
    • Implement structured prompting, retrieval‑based logic and human‑in‑the‑loop controls
    • Integrate AI into segmentation, enrichment, reporting and communication flows
  • CRM & Data
    • Architect HubSpot for scale and data integrity
    • Build segmentation logic and reporting frameworks to enable intelligent automation
    • Maintain clean, structured data foundations
  • Automation & Integration
    • Replace manual processes with automation‑first systems
    • Build cross‑platform workflows (n8n, Make, Zapier or similar)
    • Work confidently with APIs, webhooks and structured payloads

Qualifications

  • 4‑6+ years in CRM, automation, RevOps or technical marketing
  • Deep hands‑on HubSpot experience (essential)
  • Strong API and workflow automation experience
  • Proven AI implementation beyond basic ChatGPT usage
  • Understanding of retrieval‑based systems and structured AI workflows
  • High ownership mindset and comfort operating at systems level

Up to £70,000 + benefits. London‑based, two days per week onsite.
