We're looking for an experienced Affiliate Partnerships Manager to drive growth through strategic brand collaborations across our rewards platform. You'll take ownership of affiliate relationships, manage a small team, and help scale our presence across the UK, US, and new markets launching in the year ahead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimise affiliate partnerships to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with key brands and networks across multiple markets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow partner acquisition and performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns and maximise impact.
  • Manage one direct report and support their development.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience managing affiliate or partnership programmes, ideally across multiple markets.
  • Proven success building and scaling affiliate channels.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and copywriting skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify insights and opportunities.
  • Comfortable working autonomously within a fast-paced environment.
