ABOUT THE ROLE
This opportunity allows you to take ownership of financial and administrative operations in a small, high-performing team that’s driving national change in workplace health and safety. You’ll be the go-to person for all things accounts, ensuring the organisation runs smoothly behind the scenes while contributing to a meaningful mission.
Responsibilities
- Managing accounts payable/receivable, GST, and reconciliations
- Updating financial forecasts and supporting monthly/annual reporting
- Administering funding agreements and preparing quarterly reports
- Coordinating travel, meetings, and team logistics
- Supporting inductions and onboarding of new team members
- Collaborating with the CEO and Programme Manager to maintain financial accuracy
