As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager to join our team.

Role Overview:

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with both vendors and customers. Success in this role requires a proactive, strategic mindset and a strong focus on delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual gross profit (GP) targets.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each account and execute tailored growth plans.
  • Proactively seek new opportunities and prospects in key technology markets.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal departments to drive business efficiency.
  • Support vendor- and commercially-led initiatives and activities.
  • Engage with continuous learning opportunities offered by the company and its partners.
  • Work closely with management to meet personal and business objectives.
  • Create and execute short, medium, and long-term business plans aligned with company goals.
  • Maintain a structured and organised approach to account management.
  • Meet all required metrics and KPIs.
  • Clearly articulate and promote the company’s value proposition.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in account management, sales, or business development within the technology or IT sector.
  • Good understanding of enterprise technology solutions (e.g., server, storage, infrastructure).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
