Responsibilities:

  • Own new business and account development across major UK housebuilders and large residential developers.
  • Build long-term partnerships with regional and national stakeholders, driving adoption of a proven, high-impact technology.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, and enterprise-level closing.
  • Work closely with delivery, product, and customer success teams to shape long-term account strategy and drive expansion.
  • Represent the UK housebuilding market internally, feeding insight to influence product direction and GTM strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience selling into UK housebuilders, residential contractors, or relevant built‑environment technology.
  • A genuine hunter with a strong track record of winning and expanding B2B accounts.
  • Able to navigate complex stakeholder groups across delivery, commercial, technical, and regional leadership teams.
  • Strong communication, integrity, and consultative selling skills.
  • Confident engaging senior executives and guiding customers through full enterprise agreements.
