Role

  • Lead new business and strategic account development within UK developers, asset owners, and client‑side project teams.
  • Build high‑impact relationships across development, project management, commercial, and digital/innovation functions.
  • Own the full sales cycle – from mapping portfolios and prospecting priority accounts through to shaping multi‑project and enterprise‑level agreements.
  • Act as a consultant‑partner, helping clients understand how data‑driven insights can reduce programme risk, enhance governance, and drive delivery certainty.
  • Work closely with customer success and product teams to expand adoption across wider project pipelines and long‑term investment programmes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience selling into UK developers, asset owners, or client‑side project organisations (construction, proptech, SaaS, or capital projects).
  • Track record of winning and managing strategic B2B accounts with complex, multi‑stakeholder structures.
  • Exceptional relationship builder with strong commercial intuition and the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
  • Consultative, credible, and confident working across technical, commercial, and project delivery teams.
  • Comfortable managing long sales cycles that involve governance, approval processes, and cross‑functional engagement.
  • Passionate about how technology can improve risk management, programme performance, and investment outcomes.
  • Resilient, target‑driven, and able to operate autonomously within a fast‑paced global scale‑up.
