Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer, partner and stakeholder enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Supporting the setup and ongoing administration of salary sacrifice schemes
  • Accurately processing customer orders, payments and related documentation
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records for partners, companies and employees
  • Assisting with the coordination of customer and partner onboarding
  • Providing administrative support to partners, customers and internal teams
  • Helping prepare reports, updates and analysis for stakeholders
  • Liaising with third-party providers, such as EV charger and insurance partners
  • Supporting customer meetings by helping prepare information and documentation
  • Assisting with the management of inboxes, tasks, records and internal systems
  • Helping identify improvements to systems, tools and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Supporting the team in ensuring processes and records remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Staying aware of relevant updates relating to salary sacrifice schemes and internal processes
