A fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious, luxurious and exclusive Beauty Salon in the heart of the beautiful market town of Chesterfield. The role will initially require the delivery of exceptional quality, outstanding treatments including Body, Electrical facials, Holistic and intimate waxing. It will also involve working on reception giving exceptional customer service; dealing with bookings and welcoming guests. You will spend approximately 85% of your time in treatments and the rest performing other duties and responsibilities.
Exceptional candidates can then go on to take full responsibility for the Salon, duties at this point will go on to include:
- Leading, influencing and coaching all other therapists
- Promotional planning, design and delivery
- Interacting with salon managers from other sites across the group
Experience of CACI and Elemis products and treatments is an advantage. Applicants will need to have at least 3 years experience working to an exceptional standard, be extremely professional and have excellent service skills.
Key duties include:
- Waxing, Mani/Pedi, facial and massage treatments
- To advise and help clients choose the ideal routine for their skin and general well-being by offering excellent service and retail knowledge.
Customer service is paramount in this role and all treatments must be performed to the highest standard at all times. The ideal candidate will have confidence together with a professional and polished approach. Applicants must be NVQ2 qualified. You will be personable and well-groomed.
