This role will sit within the Performance Marketing team, who cover all aspects of Paid Media, as well as Organic Search and CRM., We are seeking an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Paid Media Executive to join our team. You will report to the Paid Media Manager and be responsible for helping to optimise and grow our paid marketing activity across multiple channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates. There will be lots of opportunity to learn new skills and develop your industry and platform knowledge through working on both B2B and B2C campaigns., Campaign Set-up & Optimisation

Monitor and optimise paid media campaigns across key platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Awin (Affiliates).

Set-up of new campaigns and promotional activity across all relevant marketing channels.

Work with your manager to ensure maximum ROI through data driven campaign optimisations and strategy plans.
Analysis & Reporting

Daily performance reporting and campaign efficiency checks.

Complete post-campaign analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Provide weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports on paid media activity, presenting actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

Work closely with your line manager to monitor and allocate media spend efficiently, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Testing and sharing learnings

Collaborate with the marketing and design team to develop and test ad creatives to optimise for engagement and conversions.

Set-up and report on A/B tests for creative, landing page and ad formats to maximise performance.

Work closely with SEO Manager to ensure consistency between paid and organic search strategies.

Assist in keyword research and competitive analysis to inform both paid and organic efforts.

At least 1 year experience in a marketing or commercial role

Basic IT skills including MS Office 365 and an aptitude for learning new systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Desirable

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
