Known for signature shapes, intricate embroideries, and exuberant prints, the brand has developed a multidimensional ecosystem where fashion intersects with cultural initiatives, immersive environments, and artistic collaborations.
Position Overview:
Based in our London studio, the Production Coordinator is an integral part of our small production team. The role covers all stages of the production process, from sampling handover to delivery. Working closely alongside both Design and Development and the in-house Atelier. Fantastic organisational and communication skills are essential as you will be working within a fast-paced environment where we produce up to six collections per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the production process for allocated styles, from sampling handover to delivery. Working across all SALONI categories - dresses, separates and outerwear.
- Daily communication with manufacturers and suppliers, resolving queries and chasing samples to ensure timelines are met.
- Producing detailed technical paperwork including tech packs and sample comments. Ensuring accurate measurements, materials, garment construction and finishings.
- Working with the wider team to resolve technical issues.
- Coordinating PP sample send outs to manufacturers, preparing parcels and organising shipments from office.
- Participating in production fittings.
- Strike off and lab dip approvals.
- Using company’s ERP system, Zedonk.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience working in a production department, at a womenswear brand. Premium or luxury brand experience preferred.
- A solid understanding of garment construction and manufacturing techniques.
- Proactive in maintaining personal workload in line with critical path.
- Ability to communicate with a professional and positive attitude.
- Willingness to participate and excel within a team environment.
- Efficiently work within a fast-paced environment, requiring a great work ethic and flexibility.
- Key computer skills: Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
