Coordinating the logistics function across the business – including warehousing and stock control, the logistics coordinator will be responsible for the shipment of finished goods from manufacturing sites to warehouse locations internationally. As the Logistics coordinator you will join the SALONI team in ensuring best service and timely delivery to our international wholesale client base.

COLLABORATING WITH: WHOLESALE, PRODUCTION, SALES, FINANCE, ECOMMERCE

CONTRACT: FULL TIME (OPEN TO FOUR DAYS PER WEEK)
Responsibilities
- Liaise with freight forwarders and couriers to arrange finished goods shipments from factories to warehouses.
- Ensuring stock accuracy when booking in on company operating system, managing variances with suppliers if and when needed.
- Creating the production order split for each factory based on the sales orders, prior to the start of seasonal shipment.
- Creating ASN for inbounds to be booked into warehouses, preparing product catalogue upload prior to each season for each warehouse.
- Manage all inventory movements across three warehouses, ensuring robust stock control procedures are in place and weekly and monthly stock reconciliations are performed.
- Weekly Inventory Reporting and Monthly Inventory Valuations Reporting.
- Administering in season stock allocations for ecommerce and coordinating inventory stock replenishment for direct to customer channel (where possible), to maximise sales.
- Generating all necessary shipping documentation.
- Arranging shipment of raw materials and fabrics.
- Investigate, resolve and process inventory discrepancies.
- Support the logistical flow for market, events and special projects.
- Managing the relationship with warehouses, logistic partners and customs brokerage. Being key contact on all shipping and customs queries.
- Classifying and creating and uploading HTS tariff codes to ERP for each product/season and sending a copy to warehouse to be used for customs clearance.
- Approving all budgeted logistics invoices and working with finance in cost discrepancies if any.
- Communicating cross functionally across the company, reporting to key stakeholders to ensure all processes are being followed and targets are being met.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of our supply chain and systems and providing support to Production, Sales and Finance on all Logistics areas.

Candidates should hold experience within international wholesale operations, distributing to worldwide client base, ideally within the fashion sector. The successful candidate will be well versed in:
