A vital operational role supporting the E-commerce & Trading Manager in keeping the SALONIWORLD website running beautifully and efficiently. This role will support the day-to-day running of the e-commerce operations, including collection uploads, order and returns processing, website quality checks, and providing logistics support across the business. This is an excellent entry point into fashion e-commerce for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn within a fast-paced luxury fashion environment.
- COLLECTION UPLOADS & WEBSITE
- Upload new collection products to Shopify, including images, descriptions, filters, and pricing.
- Prepare and organise product description data sheets for E-commerce Manager review and sign-off.
- Perform website QA checks after uploads, including PDPs, navigation, filters, collections, and product accuracy.
- Support Atelier website updates ahead of wholesale market.
- Support the E-commerce Manager on all aspects of collection launches as required.
- ORDER & RETURNS PROCESSING
- Process daily orders on Shopify and support pre-order management once stock arrives.
- Process customer returns on set days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
- Log and track faulty items end to end.
- Maintain accurate operational records and ensure routine tasks are completed consistently and within deadlines.
- LOGISTICS SUPPORT
- Liaise with DHL and couriers for dispatch and delivery queries.
- Coordinate with the warehouse regarding stock issues, shipping discrepancies, and urgent orders.
- Monitor and flag inventory discrepancies promptly to the E-commerce Manager.
- Support with any ad hoc operational tasks as directed.
- SAMPLE & SHOOT SUPPORT
- Pack, track, and ship samples to external partners.
- Check and record samples in and out after shoots.
- Coordinate garment care and post shoot dry cleaning, maintaining accurate records and costs.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Customer Experience team on sample movement when needed.
