We’re looking for an experienced HR Shared Services Administrator to join our collaborative HR team and help deliver an efficient, supportive, and high quality HR service across the business. As part of our HR Shared Services team, you’ll work closely with HR Officers, Payroll Specialists, and the wider HR function to support the smooth delivery of HR operations. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring employees and stakeholders receive a professional and responsive service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting a wide range of HR administration activities
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Preparing employee correspondence and documentation
- Managing new starter processes, including contracts and right‑to‑work checks
- Supporting payroll and recruitment administration where required
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Ensuring HR files and processes remain compliant and up to date
- Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress and priorities
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively while also being confident managing your own workload. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in administration or HR administration
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
