We are hiring! Are you a passionate, experienced hair colourist ready to take the next step into education? This is an exciting opportunity to join Salon Promotions' Creative Hair Education Team, working with some of the industry's most respected professional haircare and colour brands.

With over 30 years of experience, Salon Promotions distributes and supports premium brands including Neal & Wolf, Olaplex, Cloud Nine, Fabriq, EcoHead, Goddess Hot Tools, Kent Brush, and Procare. We are proud to offer exceptional education and support to salons across the UK — and we are looking for a talented educator to help us continue that journey.

About the Role

You will be working 3 days per week, delivering inspiring, hands-on education across Yorkshire (LS, HD, HX, HG, BD, WF, YO postcodes).

You will support salon partners through:

  • In-salon education
  • Academy-based courses at our state-of-the-art Salon Promotions Academy
  • Working alongside guest artists and the wider education team

You will also collaborate closely with our Business Development Managers to help grow sales through education and strong salon relationships. A full "train the trainer" onboarding programme will be provided by our Head of Education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging in-salon and academy education across Neal & Wolf Colour and other professional brands
  • Educate and inspire stylists on new product launches and the latest techniques
  • Build strong relationships with salon partners and internal teams
  • Support sales growth through technical education
  • Participate in academy courses alongside guest artists
  • Assist marketing with product testing and feedback when required
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times

About You

  • Currently working in an industry-based education role or an experienced salon professional ready to step into education
  • NVQ Level 3 qualified in Hairdressing
  • Minimum 5 years' in-salon experience
  • Exceptional colour knowledge and technical ability
  • Confident presenting to small and larger groups
  • Passionate, motivated, and keen to keep learning and developing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and creating content
  • Well organised, reliable, and professional
  • Basic computer skills beneficial
