Salon Privé is the UK’s most prestigious automotive and luxury lifestyle event, renowned for blending world-class motoring with the elegance of a quintessential English garden party. As we enter an exciting new chapter ahead of the 21st edition of Salon Privé Blenheim Palace, our biggest event to date, and our strategic alliance with Concours House, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Based at our new headquarters, Concours House in Bradford-on-Avon, and reporting directly to the Sales Director, this is a rare opportunity to work at the forefront of the luxury automotive and lifestyle sector, building relationships with leading brands, collectors and high-net-worth clients.
The Role
This is a relationship-led sales role focused on exhibitor sales, sponsorship, hospitality and bespoke client experiences. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth across Salon Privé’s portfolio of luxury automotive events and year-round activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure automotive, luxury and lifestyle brands as exhibitors and partners
- Develop sponsorship and premium hospitality opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and CRM management
- Engage and nurture relationships with HNW and UHNW clientele
- Support the delivery of exclusive events, activations and bespoke experiences at Salon Privé and Concours House
- Represent the Salon Privé brand at industry events and networking opportunities
Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years’ motor trade sales experience within the premium/luxury automotive sector
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver consultative sales
- Experience working with luxury clientele and premium brands
- Strong commercial awareness, communication and CRM skills
- Passion for automotive, luxury and lifestyle sectors
- Highly polished, ambitious and target-driven
- Based within one hour’s drive of Concours House (Bradford-on-Avon)
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive £25,000 base salary with on target earnings of £50,000 and uncapped earning potential
