Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting clients and ensuring a welcoming experience
- Perform high-quality nail treatments including BIAB, gel nails, pedicures, and extensions
- Deliver precise nail prep, shaping, and finishing
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation
- Stay up to date with the latest nail trends and techniques
- Assist with content creation (social media, photos, videos of work)
- Willingness to assist with general salon cleanliness
- Ability to handle client enquiries and feedback professionally, maintaining the salon's reputation
Qualifications:
- Provide examples of your work or a link to your portfolio for assessment
- Fully qualified Nail Technician with a minimum of 1 year's experience in the beauty industry
- Skilled in BIAB, gel manicures, pedicures, and nail extensions
- Able to perform Russian manicures
- Confident in nail prep, cuticle work, shaping, and finishing to a high standard
- Nail art skills are highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to engage with clients, understand their preferences, and provide tailored recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
