As a Nail Technician at Martha's, you will deliver consistently high-quality treatments while creating a warm, attentive and personalised experience for every guest.
You will take the time to understand each client's lifestyle, preferences and nail goals before recommending the most suitable treatment.

Depending on your experience and technical ability, you may perform services including traditional polish, gel manicures and pedicures, builder gel overlays, removals and nail art.,
- Deliver manicures and pedicures to Martha's treatment protocols and brand standards.
- Perform traditional polish, gel polish and builder gel services according to your assessed technical level.
- Conduct detailed client consultations covering nail condition, lifestyle, desired results and treatment suitability.
- Provide professional treatment and aftercare recommendations.
- Create consistently clean, precise and beautifully finished results.
- Maintain excellent hygiene, sanitation and infection-control standards.
- Prepare, clean and reset treatment stations between every client.
- Maintain accurate client records, including relevant allergies, sensitivities and treatment notes.
- Identify contraindications
- Build genuine relationships with clients and support client retention.
- Deliver a warm and attentive hospitality-led experience throughout each appointment.
- Recommend relevant treatments, upgrades, aftercare and retail products without using a pressurised sales approach.
- Manage treatment timings while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Support daily opening, closing and general salon duties
- Participate in training, assessments and ongoing professional development.
- Work collaboratively with the wider salon and hospitality team.
- Represent Martha's professionally and contribute positively to the team culture.
- Support launch events, member experiences and other brand activities when required.
We are looking for someone who: - Holds a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 nail qualification, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Has professional salon experience delivering nail treatments.
- Demonstrates confident preparation, cuticle work, shaping and polish application.
- Has strong knowledge of natural nail health and safe product application.
- Understands professional hygiene, sanitation and contraindication procedures.
- Takes pride in clean, detailed and consistent work.
- Is confident consulting with clients and recommending appropriate services.
- Has excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Is warm, polished, dependable and professional.
- Can work efficiently without compromising the quality of the treatment.
- Is comfortable working within a fast-paced, social and hospitality-led environment.
- Is available to work a flexible rota, including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
