- What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating stunning ladies’ and gents’ haircuts
- Delivering beautiful balayage, colouring, highlights, and colour transformations
- Providing professional styling and finishing services
- Offering personalized consultations and expert advice
- Delivering outstanding customer service from start to finish
- Recommending professional haircare products to clients
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
- Working as part of a friendly, supportive team
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing qualification (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years’ salon experience
- Confident in ladies’ and gents’ cutting
- Experienced in balayage and all aspects of hair colouring
- Friendly, reliable, and passionate about hair
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work Saturdays (essential)
