Level 4 Laser Therapist / Aesthetician - JOURNEY - London

We are seeking an experienced, professional and enthusiastic Level 4 Qualified Laser Therapist / Aesthetician to join our growing aesthetic clinic. The successful candidate will have a passion for advanced skin treatments, laser technologies and delivering exceptional patient care. We are looking for a confident, knowledgeable and motivated individual who takes pride in achieving excellent treatment outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of clinical safety and professionalism. You will be joining a professional clinical team within a well-established aesthetic environment, providing a range of advanced skin and laser treatments.,

• Perform professional consultations, skin assessments and advanced aesthetic treatments.
• Deliver laser and light-based treatments safely and effectively, within your qualifications and training.
• Carry out a range of facial, skin rejuvenation and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
• Develop personalised treatment plans based on individual patient needs and expectations.
• Provide comprehensive pre-treatment and post-treatment advice.
• Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms and treatment documentation.
• Ensure all treatments comply with clinic protocols, infection prevention and control standards, and laser safety requirements.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and clinical areas to the highest standards.
• Build strong patient relationships and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Recommend appropriate treatment programmes and skincare products to support patient outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical and management teams to support the continued growth of the clinic.
  NVQ Level 4 qualification in Laser and Light Therapies, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent relevant training.
• Previous experience working within a professional aesthetic, laser or skin clinic.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions and laser safety.
• Experience conducting consultations and developing treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional presentation and a patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience with advanced laser platforms and skin rejuvenation technologies.
• Experience in laser hair removal, IPL, pigmentation and vascular treatments.
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare and advanced facial treatments.
• Additional qualifications in advanced aesthetic treatments.
• Experience working within a medically led aesthetic clinic., You will be passionate about the aesthetics industry, committed to delivering safe and effective treatments, and confident in providing a high standard of patient care.
