Neréa is a professional hair studio based on the first floor of Sona Space. We provide independent stylists with a well-equipped, professional environment where they can manage their own clients and grow their business.

We are looking to work with ambitious stylists who value independence, professionalism and long-term growth.

Role Description

We are looking for a Self-Employed Hair Stylist to join Neréa on a chair-rental basis.

• Chair rental is £450 per week and includes:
  • Styling chair and mirror
  • Backwash facilities
  • Hair products
  • Use of the salon workspace and facilities
  • No commission taken from your earnings

You will manage your own clients, appointments and income while operating independently from the Neréa studio.

For the right person, there may also be an opportunity after approximately 12 months to discuss further progression with Neréa, including the possibility of operating a future salon or franchise location. Any such opportunity would be based on performance and subject to separate agreement.

Qualifications

• Professional hairdressing experience
• Relevant hairdressing qualifications
• Confident working independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and professional approach
• Ability to maintain or develop your own client base
• Appropriate insurance for self-employed hairdressing
• Ambition to grow and develop your own business

Experience in cutting, colouring, styling, extensions or specialist hair services is welcomed.
