We are looking for a talented, professional and client-focused Hair Stylist / Hairdresser to join the team! We are an established hair, beauty and nail salon offering a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. As the salon moves into an exciting new chapter, we are looking for enthusiastic hair professionals who take pride in their work and want to build strong, long-term relationships with clients. We are looking to recruit two/three Hair Stylists / Hairdressers and are particularly interested in candidates who are confident across a broad range of salon hair services. About the role As a Hair Stylist / Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services while delivering an excellent customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Consulting with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable styles and treatments
- Cutting, styling and finishing hair to a high professional standard
- Hair colouring, including consultation, application and finishing
- Blow-drying, straightening, curling and other styling services
- Providing professional advice on hair care and suitable products
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and salon presentation
- Ensuring clients receive a friendly, professional and personalised experience
- Maintaining accurate client and appointment information
- Working professionally as part of the salon team
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the hair department

- Experienced as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser or Senior Hair Stylist
- Confident carrying out a range of professional hair services
- Passionate about hair and delivering excellent results
- Friendly, approachable and professional with clients
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Able to work independently while also being a positive team member
- Comfortable recommending suitable hair care and styling products
- Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Keen to build and retain their own client base, Previous professional salon experience is preferred.
