The Beauty Rituals is a luxury beauty studio in Spitalfields focused on creating personalised, high-quality beauty treatments in a calm and considered environment. You will provide a range of treatments while delivering the high standard of service and attention to detail our clients expect. Treatments may include:
- Eyelash extensions
- Lash lifts
- Brow treatments
- Additional beauty and skin treatments depending on your experience and training
You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent hygiene standards, preparing your treatment area, completing client consultations and aftercare, and helping create a welcoming experience for every client.
Weekend Availability
We focus on personalised treatments, exceptional results and creating an experience that leaves clients feeling cared for, confident and effortlessly polished. If you are an experienced therapist who takes pride in your work and would like to grow with a premium independent beauty studio, we would love to hear from you. Availability to work both Saturdays and Sundays is essential. Exact hours and rota pattern can be discussed depending on availability and the needs of the studio.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' professional eyelash extension experience
- Strong lash extension technique and retention
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating with clients
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional, warm and approachable
- Able to work independently
- High standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Comfortable working as part of a small team
- Regular Saturday and Sunday availability
- Experience with lash lifts, brows or skin treatments is desirable but additional training may be available for the right candidate.
Additional Information
As weekends are an important part of our business, applicants must be comfortable working a fair share of both Saturday and Sunday shifts as part of their regular rota. We understand the importance of work-life balance and aim to provide a fair and predictable rota. Weekend time off can still be requested in advance, subject to adequate studio coverage.
