Radiant Skin House is looking for an experienced and confident Level 3 Beautician to join our friendly team. This role is specifically focused on nails, waxing, lash and brow treatments, so applicants must be experienced and confident across all four areas., Applicants must have:
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' professional salon experience
- Strong manicure and pedicure skills
- Excellent gel nail application
- Confident facial, body and intimate waxing skills
- Experience providing lash treatments
- Experience providing brow treatments
- Excellent attention to detail
- High standards of hygiene and professionalism
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good timekeeping and reliability
Experience with Bio Sculpture would be a strong advantage.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about beauty and takes pride in delivering consistently high-quality treatments. You should be friendly, professional and confident working independently, while also enjoying being part of a team. Building client relationships is an important part of the role, so you should be comfortable recommending suitable treatments, encouraging rebooking and developing a loyal regular client base.
