Your role will include:
- Carrying out consultations and treatments within your qualifications and experience.
- Providing aftercare advice and maintaining accurate client records.
- Answering phone calls and responding to client messages between appointments.
- Managing enquiries and helping clients book treatments.
- Following the clinic's opening and closing procedures.
- Keeping reception and treatment areas clean, tidy and welcoming.
